TGS is an exclusive mandatary for Food & Beverage buyers and suppliers (seafood, dry food & condiments, beverages). We represent one client per deal (buyer OR supplier, never both) and handle sourcing, qualification, negotiation, compliance, and closing.

No conflict of interest, full transparency on our fees and relationships. We're not a broker who charges both parties, nor a sourcing agent who simply proposes contacts without execution.
TGS is paid only by the mandating client (buyer OR supplier, never both on the same deal). Our pricing model combines:
- Discovery Phase (3 months): Fixed fee to validate fit and demonstrate results.
- Permanent Management (12-month minimum commitment): Monthly retainer + performance-based commission.
- Pricing is adapted to your scope and objectives (savings generated for buyers, sales developed for suppliers).
Seafood & prepared dishes (fresh, frozen, processed), dry food & condiments (rice, noodles, instant noodles, sauces, condiments, snacks), and beverages (soft drinks, traditional Asian beverages, French wines for export to Asia).
TGS Vietnam is based in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. We operate across Southeast Asia and Japan (Vietnam, Thailand, regional suppliers) and serve international buyers in Europe, United States, and Asia.
We serve two types of clients: international buyers (EU/US) sourcing F&B; products from Asia, and Asian manufacturers and brands seeking to export to European or American markets.
