Christopher Turner brings to TGS Vietnam a field-tested F&B operator’s background: company building, commercial development, multi-site standardisation, international sourcing and product compliance.
He founded SORAE, a fresh sushi kiosk network operating inside French retail chains, before its acquisition by Corner Cuisine Distribution, one of the sector’s leading operators in France. He later supported CCD on Methods & Process, focusing on Lean structuring, operational performance and network standardisation.
His background combines retail execution, quality control, supply chain and international projects across Asia, Europe and Africa. This gives TGS a practical approach to F&B mandates: assess feasibility, secure the expected standards and move discussions toward a clear commercial decision.
