Christopher founded TGS Vietnam to bridge European quality standards with Asian production excellence. Based in Ho Chi Minh City with operations across Vietnam, Thailand, and Japan, he personally oversees every mandate from sourcing to closing.
Before TGS Vietnam: Led Methods & Process for CCD Group (France’s 2nd largest sushi network, +200 locations), standardizing Lean operations across multi-site F&B networks.
Previously founded SORAE and managed strategic sourcing in Vietnam. 15+ years in F&B compliance, quality control, and supply chain optimization across Asia, Europe, and Africa.
